We’ll start with a free 15-minute discovery call where I’ll learn about your business and bookkeeping needs. If we’re a good fit for each other, I’ll send a proposal, service agreement, and a secure checklist of what I’ll need (like access to your QuickBooks Online account, bank statements, etc.).

What software do you use?

I work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. If you’re using another system, I can help you transition or refer you to someone who’s a better fit.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your business, the complexity of your books, and how far behind things are. Cleanup services are usually a one-time, custom quote. Monthly maintenance starts at $275/month. I’ll provide a clear estimate after our consultation.

Can I just get a one-time cleanup without monthly services?

Absolutely. While many clients continue with monthly support after their cleanup, you're welcome to hire me for a one-time project—no pressure or long-term commitment required.
